We also strictly sanitize our equipment after every visit to prevent cross-contamination between properties. Beyond just picking up pet waste, our team is trained to monitor waste for any abnormalities that might signal a health issue; if we see something unusual, we’ll alert you immediately so you can get an expert opinion from your vet.
Not at all. As long as we have access to your yard, you can go about your day. We’ll send you a ‘heads up’ text when we’re on our way and take a photo of your secured gate (available upon request) when we’re finished.
